What you're enrolling

For an additional 5–7% of your piece's price, Re-IDÉE locks a guaranteed buy-back schedule for the next decade:

90% of the original price at year one.
70% at year five.
50% at year ten.

When you choose to return the piece — at any of those checkpoints — we collect it from your home, refurbish it in our workshop, and record every restoration in its service log. The piece is re-listed under Re-IDÉE for its second use.

How to enrol

Re-IDÉE must be added to your cart at the same time as the piece. The buy-back schedule is calculated against the price you paid on day one, so enrolment has to happen at the point of sale.

Pick the tier matching the price of the piece you're enrolling:

Tier 1. For pieces priced under 25,000 EGP. 1,500 EGP.
Tier 2. For pieces priced 25,000 – 50,000 EGP. 2,900 EGP.
Tier 3. For pieces priced 50,000 – 100,000 EGP. 5,500 EGP.
Tier 4. For pieces priced over 100,000 EGP. 11,000 EGP.

For multiple pieces, add one Re-IDÉE enrolment per piece (matching each piece's tier).

What you receive

An Enrolment Card — printed at the point of sale, with your piece's name, the date of purchase, and the locked buy-back schedule. The card travels with the piece for ten years.

A service log, opened the day the piece arrives and updated every time we touch it — maintenance, repairs, refurbishments. When you return the piece, the log returns with it.
